In the summer of 2007,
while attending a family reunion, I discovered that
the motto of my family name (Loiselle) is “Go
Gracefully”. This motto resonated with me on a
very deep level. I believe this is because I instinctively
try to live my life with grace, dignity, and passion
in all that I do.
I was so taken by the
discovery of my family motto that I knew I had to incorporate
it into my long time business. Hence the birth of “Living
Gracefully”. Whether I am offering Reflexology
or Personal Training sessions, my goal is to put forward
the best of who I am, with the hope of helping someone
make positive, life-affirming changes. Whether I’m
in the gym or on stage flexing, the same attitude applies.
I firmly believe that to “live gracefully”
one must also “choose to improve”. It is
by conscious choice that we can make a difference in
our lives. Maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit
is a never-ending journey. Let us embark upon this adventure
with dedication and grace.
